Private Law 87-457 AN ACT For the relief of Yoon So Shim. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Yoon So Shim, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Kobert Thatcher, Junior, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the said Yoon So Shim shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. • Approved July 10, 1962.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Tio Sien Tjiong (A-10396702) shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of January 3, 1958.
