appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with these claims, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. AN ACT For the relief of Marie Margaret Arvanetes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Marie Margaret Arvanetes may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the said Act and a petition may be filed by Mr. and Mrs. Eichard Paul Mohr, citizens of the United States, in behalf of the said Marie Margaret Arvanetes pursuant to section 205(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. AN ACT For the relief of Robert D. Barbee.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Robert D. Barbee of Yosemite National Park, California, the sum of $4,000, in full satisfaction of all claims of the said Robert D. Barbee against the United States for compensation for personal property damages sustained by him and his family as the result of a fire on September 5, 1961, which destroyed the Government-owned quarters at Maraine Park, Colorado, which he and his family were occupying while he was employed as a seasonal ranger at Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, such fire having been caused by an improperly constructed fireplace in such quarters: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved October 15, 1962.
