the Department of the Air Force, and his claim for disability retirement under such Act shall be acted upon under the other applicable provisions of such Act as if his application had been timely filed, if he files application for such disability retirement within sixty days after the date of enactment of this Act. No benefits shall accrue by reason of the enactment of this Act for any period prior to the date of enactment of this Act. SEC. 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, benefits payable by reason of the enactment of this Act shall be paid from the civil service retirement and disability fund. Approved September 17, 1963. Private Law 88-66 AN ACT For the relief of J. Arthur Fields. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America In Congress assembled, That the limitation on the time for filing applications for disability retirement under section 7(b) of the Civil Service Retirement Act (5 U.S.C. 2257(b)) is hereby waived in favor of J. Arthur Fields of Tooele, Utah, former employee of the Tooele Ordnance Depot, and his claim for disability retirement under such Act shall be acted upon under the other applicable provisions of such Act as if his application had been timely filed, if he files application for such disability retirement within sixty days after the date of enactment of this Act. e e it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Com- District T r a i n missioners of the District of Columbia are hereby authorized and L"aJei'°Mdr°""'^^' empowered, in their discretion, on behalf of the United States, to sell Right-of-way. and convey to the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company a right-of-way over approximately seven acres of the grounds of the District Training School, located in the Fourth Election District of Anne Armidei County at Laurel, Maryland, for the purpose of installing thereon and maintaining a high voltage transmission line on towers to be constructed by said company. Any such sale shall be at fair market value, as determined by the said Commissioners, and subject to such conditions as they shall determine to be in the best interests of the United States and the District of Columbia, including, but not limited to, a requirement that the Baltimore Gas and Electric Compan}' and its successors and assigns furnish any District of Columbia institution on such grounds with an alternate source of electric service and reserving to the United States and the District of Columbia an easement of access and travel over the right-of-way to be corveyed
