AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Edeltraud Englisch Franklin. Be it enacted by the /Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Edeltraud Englisch Franklin may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such Act, under such conditions and controls which the Attorney General, after consultation with the Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, may deem necessary to impose: Provided, That, unless the beneficiary is entitled to care under chapter 55 of title 10 of the United States Code, a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the Immigration and Nationality Act: Provided further, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. AN ACT For the relief of Miss Leonor do Rozario de Medeiros (Leonor Medeiros). Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 203(a)(2) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Miss Leonor do Kozario de Medeiros (Miss Leonor Medeiros) shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eduardo Medeiros, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
