Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of section 2 of the Act entitled "An Act to facilitate the entry of alien skilled specialists and certain relatives of United States citizens, and for other purposes", approved October 24, 1962 (76 Stat. 1247), Yih-Ho Pao shall be held and considered to be an alien eligible for a quota immigrant status under the provisions of section 203(a)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act on the basis of a petition filed with the Attorney General prior to April 1, 1962. Be it enacted by the Sermte and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Arthur Wendell Bolta may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such Act: Provided, That, unless the beneficiary is entitled to care under chapter 55 of title 10, United States Code, a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the Immigration and Nationauty Act: Provided further, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act.
