General Operating Expenses For an additional amount for "General operating expenses", $23,270. Public Safety For an additional amount for "Public safety", $146,000. Personal Services, Wage-Board Employees For pay increases and related retirement costs for wage-board employees, to be transferred by the Commissioners of the District of Columbia to the appropriations for the fiscal year 1964 from which said employees are properly payable, $166,300, of which $24,300 shall be payable from the water fund. The sums appropriated in this title for the District of Columbia shall, unless otherwise specifically provided for, be paid out of the general fund of the District of Columbia, as defined in the l^istrict of Columbia Appropriation Act for the fiscal year involved.
