SEC. 209. Payments of grants under this Act may be made (after necessary adjustment on account of previously made underpayments or overpayments) in advance or by way of reimbursement, and in such installments and on such conditions as the Secretary may determine. APPROPRIATIONS
SEC. 210. (a) There is hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, to carry out this Act, not to exceed $7,000,000 for the fiscal year ending Jmie 30, 1966, not to exceed $14,000,000 for the J&scal year ending June 30, 1967, not to exceed $19,200,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, and not to exceed $20,000,000 for thefiscalyear ending June 30, 1969. (b) There is hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior, to carry out this Act, not to exceed $3,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, not to exceed $6,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1967, not to exceed $10,800,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968, and not to exceed $12,500,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1969.
