this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved October 27, 1965. Be it enaMed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Maria Alexandros Siagris may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of that Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Alexandros Siagris, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of that Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Approved October 27, 1965.

Private Law 89-156 AN ACT For the relief of Hwang Tai Shik.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Hwang Tai Shik may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 1 0 1 (b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Loyd James Elroy Homo and Freda Lorene Romo, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Section 205(c) of the Inmiigration and Nationality Act, relating to the number of petitions which may be approved, shall be inapplicable in this case. Approved October 27, 1965.

Private Law 89-157 AN ACT For the relief of Emilia Majka.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Mrs. Emilia Majka, the widow of a United States citizen, shall be deemed to be within the purview of section 101(a) (27)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, and the provisions of section 205 of that Act shall be inapplicable in her case. Approved October 27, 1965.
