SEC. 501. The Secretary of Defense, or his designee, is authorized facume^ housing to construct, at the locations hereinafter named, family housing units and trailer court facilities, in the numbers hereinafter listed, but no family housing construction shall be commenced at any such locations in the United States, until the Secretary shall have consulted with the Administrator, Housing and Home Finance Agency, as to the availNotification ability of adequate private housing at such locations.
