For an additional amount for "Administrative expenses, urban transportation activities", $80,000. Comprehensive City Demonstration Programs For financial assistance including not to exceed $750,000 for administrative expenses in connection with planning and developing comprehensive city demonstration programs, as authorized by the Demonstration Cities and Metropolitan Development Act of 1966, $11,000,000, to remain available until June 30, 1968: Provided, That this paragraph shall be effective only upon enactment into law of S. 3708, 89th Congress, or similar legislation.

FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION LIMITATION ON ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION

I n addition to the amount otherwise available for administrative expenses of the Federal National Mortgage Association for the current fiscal year, not to exceed $850,000 shall be available for such expenses. GENERAL PROVISION

The limitations imposed on travel expenses of employees by section 102 of the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1967, are hereby increased to the extent necessary to provide for such increases in those expenses as may result from the Act of July 21, 1966 (Public Law 89-516). CHAPTER IV DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT MANAGEMENT OF LANDS AND RESOURCES

For an additional amount for "Management of lands and resources", $800,000. BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS EDUCATION AND WELFARE SERVICES

For an additional amount for "Education and welfare services", $2,150,000.
