compensation of seventeen such employees may be fixed at a rate not in excess of $8,460 per annum. The third paragraph under the heading "Administrative Provisions" in the appropriation for the Senate in the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1959, as amended (2 U.S.C. 43b), is amended by inserting after the words "six round trips" the following: " ( o r the equivalent thereof in one-way trips)".
