To c a r r y out the provisions of title VI of the Act, as amended, and, except as otherwise provided, part s B and C of the M e n t a l R e t a r d a t i o n F a c i l i t i c s Construction Act (42 U.S.C. 2661-2677), and the Community M e n t a l Health Center s Act (42 U.S.C. 2681-2687), $293,357,000, of which $180,000,000 shall be available u n t i l June 30, 1969 (except that funds for G u a m, America n S a m o a, and the V i r g i n Islands shall be available u n t i l June 30, 1970), for g r a n t s or loans for h o s p i t a l s and r e l a t e d facilities pursuant to section 6 0 1 (b) of the P u b l i c Health Service Act, $100,000,000 shall be available u n t i l June 30, 1969 (except that funds for G u a m, America n S a m o a, and the V i r g i n Islands shall be available u n t i l June 30, 1970), for g r a n t s or loans for facilities pursuant to section 6 0 1 (a) of the P u b l i c Health Service Act, and ^10,000,000 shall be for the purposes a u t h o r i z e d in section 624 of the P u b l i c Health Service Act.
