For an additional amount for "Indian health activities", $850,000. CONSTRUCTION OF INDIAN HEALTH FACILITIES

For an additional amount for "Construction of Indian health facilities", $4,056,000, to remain available until expended. CHAPTER VI

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND WELFARE OFFICE OF EDUCATION ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL ACTIVRNES

There shall be available in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for necessary expenses for planning and implementation of the Handicapped Children's Early Education Assistance Act, Public Law 90538, to be derived from funds available for the purposes of Title III, Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended. '

SOCIAL AND REHABILITATION SERVICE JUVENILE DELINQUENCY PREVENTION AND CONTROL

For carrying out the purposes of the Juvenile Delinquency Prevention and Control Act of 1968, ^5,000 <000: Provided, That none of the funds contained herein shall be used to make grants, under Title I of said Act, in excess of the following: (1) $12,500 each to the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, (2) $50,000 to each of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. CHAPTER VII LEGISLATIVE BRANCH SENATE SALARIES, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY

For an additional amount for office of the Secretary, $16,570: Provided, That the Secretary may employ a Curator of Art and Antiquities at not to exceed $22,089 per annum.
