Effective date.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) the following provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 are each amended by striking out "March 31, 1968" and inserting in lieu thereof "April 30, 1968", and by striking out "April 1, 1968" and inserting in lieu thereof "May 1, 1968": ^^^ Section 4061 (a,) (2) (relating to tax on passenger automobiles); (2) Section 6412(a)(1) (relating to floor stocks refunds on
- passenger automobiles); and
(3) Subsections (a)(2) and (c) of section 4251 (relating to tax on certain communications services). Subsection (c) of such section 4251 is amended by striking out "February 1, 1968" and inserting in lieu thereof "March 1, 1968", and by striking out "January 31, 1968" and inserting in lieu thereof "February 29, 1968". ^^^ -p^g amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect as of March 31, 1968.
