legal fees and expenses, and payments for expenses of the Federal H o m e L o a n B a n k B o a r d determined by said B o a r d to be p r o p e r l y allocable to said (Corporation, and said Corporation may utilize and may make payments for services and facilities of the Federal home loan b a n k s, the Federal Reserve b a n k s, the Federal H o m e L o a n B a n k B o a r d, and other agencies of the ( j o v e r n m e n t: Provided, That, notwithstanding any other provisions of t h i s Act, except for the limitation in a m o u n t hereinbefore specified, the administrative expenses and other obligations of said Corporation shall be incurred, allowed and p a i d in accordance w i t h title IV of the Act of June 27, 1 9; ^, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1 7 2 4 - l 7 3 0 b).

EXPENSES,
For administrative ex^^enses in c a r r y i n g out duties imposed by or pursuant to law, not to exceed $12,500,000 of the various funds of the Federal Housing Administration shall be available, in accordance with the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701): Provided. That funds shall be available for contract a c t u a r i a l services (not to exceed $1,500): Provided further. That nonadministrative expenses classified by section 2 of P u b l i c I ^ w 387, a p p r o v e d October 25, 1949, shall not exceed $105,000,000.
