"(2) no charge will be made in such project or program for services provided to any person from a low-income family except to the extent that payment will be made by a third party (including a government agency) which is authorized or is under legal obligation to pay such charge. ACT

To name the authorized lock and dam numbered 17 on the Verdigris River in Oklahoma for the Chouteau family.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That lock and dam numbered 17 on the Verdigris River, Oklahoma, a feature of the Arkansas River and tributaries navigation project, authorized to be constructed by the River and Harbor Act of July 24, 1946 (60 Stat. Q^\^ 647) ^ as amended, shall be known and designated hereafter as the Chouteau lock and dam. Any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States in which such lock and dam is referred to shall be held to refer to such lock and dam as the Chouteau lock and dam.
