RELATED AGENCIES FOREIGN CLAIMS SETTLEMENT COMMISSION PAYMENT OF VIETNAM AND U.S.S. PUEBLO PRISONER OF WAR CLAIMS

For payment of claims as authorized by the War Claims Act of 1948, as amended by Public Law 91-289, approved June 24, 1970, $265,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That this appropriation shall not be available for administrative expenses.

SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $3,000,000, to be transferred from the "Disaster loan fund". DISASTER LOAN FUND

For additional capital for the "Disaster loan fund", authorized by the Small Business Act, as amended, $100,000,000, to remain available without fiscal year limitation. TARIFF COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", $350,000. CHAPTER XI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS (AIRPORT AND AIRWAY TRUST FUND)

For necessary expenses of the Federal Aviation Administration, not otherwise provided for, including administrative expenses for research and development, establishment of air navigation facilities; purchase of three passenger motor vehicles for replacement only; and purchase and repair of skis and snowshoes; $6,000,000, to be derived from the Airport and Airway Trust F u n d: Provided, That there may be credited to this appropriation funds received from States, counties, municipalities, other public authorities, and private sources, for expenses incurred in the maintenance and operation of air navigation facilities. FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT (AIRPORT AND AIRWAY TRUST FUND)

For necessary expenses, not otherwise provided for; for acquisition, establishment and improvement by contract or purchase and hire of air navigation and experimental facilities, including initial acquisition of necessary sites by lease or grant; construction and furnishing of quarters and related accommodations for officers and employees of the Federal Aviation Administration stationed at remote localities where such accommodations are not available, but at a total cost of construction not to exceed $50,000 per housing unit in Alaska;
