Private Law 91-124 AN ACT For the relief of Elbert C. Moore.

Be it enacted by the Senate and Hoiine of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Elbert C. Moore, of Clearwater, Florida, the sum of $1,500 in full settlement of all his claims against the United States for his expenses arising from the salvaging on April 24, 1963, in the Gulf of Mexico of an Air Force Kyan Firebee drone: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved August 14, 1970.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, for the pur- Albert E. poses of determining the entitlement of Albert E. Private Law 91-126 AN ACT For the relief of Ainalia P. Moiitero.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Ameiica in Cong7^ess assembled, That Amalia P. Montero, Joint United States Military Group—Military Assistance Advisory (iroup, Spain, is relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $1,395.84, representing the total amount of living quarters allowance paid to her by the Department of the Air Force during the period of October 13, 1963, through April 9, 1965, as a result of erroneous payment without fault on her part. In the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for amounts for which liability is relieved by this section.
