SEC. 101. Appropriations in this Act to the Department of the Treasury shall be available for uniforms or allowances therefor, as authorized by law (5 U.S.C. 5901-2) including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning; and services as authorized by title 5, United States Code, section 3109. This title may be cited as the "Treasury Department Appropriation Act, 1972".
