Public Law 93-45 AN ACT To extend through fiscal year 1974 certain expiring appropriations authorizations in the Public Health Service Act, the Community Mental Health Centers Act, and the Developmental Disabilities Services and Facilities Construction Act, and for other purposes.

SHORT TITLE
1. This Act may be cited as the "Healtli Projoranis Extension Act of 1973'", SECTIOX
TITLE I—A^IENDMEXTS TO PUBLIC H E A L T H SERVICE ACT REFEREXCES TO ACT
SEC. 101. AA'henever in this title an amendment is expressed in terms of an amendment to a section or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to a section or other provision of the Public Health Service Act. HEALTH SERVICES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
SEC. 102. Section 304(c)(1) is amended (1) by striking out "and" after "1972,", and (2) by inserting before the period at the end thereof a. comma and the following: "and $42,617,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974".

SEC. 103. Section 305(d) is amended (1) by striking out "and" after "1972," and (2) by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the following: "and $14,518,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974".
