AGENCIES

For expenses necessary to assist other Federal agencies to perform civil defense mobilization functions, including payments by the Department of Labor to State employment security agencies for the full cost of administration of defense manpower mobilization activities, $3,000,000. ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS

FUND

Funds available to General Services Administration for administrative operations, in support of program activities, shall be expended and accounted for, as a whole, through a single fund: Provided, That costs and obligations for such administrative operations for the respective program activities shall be accounted for m accordance with systems approved by the General Accounting Office: Provided further, That the total amount obligated in said account for the current fiscal year from funds made available to General Services Administration from any source except obligations for reimbursable work performed for other agencies under Section 601 of the Economy Act of 1932, as amended (31 U.S.C. 686), shall not exceed $42,350,000: Provided further, That amounts deposited into said account for administrative operations for each program shall not exceed the amounts included in the respective program appropriations for such purposes.
