Public Law 93-277 AN ACT To amend chapter 5 of title 37, United States Code, to revise the special pay bonus structure relating to members of the armed forces, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act may be cited as the "Armed Forces Enlisted Personnel Bonus Revision Act of 1974". SEC. 2. Chapter 5 of title 37, United States Code, is amended as follows: (1) Section 308 is amended to read as follows: "§ 308. Special pay: reenlistment bonus " (a) A member of a uniformed service who— "(1) has completed at least twenty-one months of continuous active duty (other than for training) but not more than ten years of active duty;
