Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 804(h) Termination date, of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as Extension, amended (82 Stat. 197; 18 U.S.C. 2510 note), is further amended by striking out " January 31, 1976" and inserting in lieu thereof " April 30, 1976". Approved December 23, 1975.
