For contributions to employees life insurance fund, retirement fund, and health benefits fund, as authorized by law, $8,000,000, and in addition, such amounts as may be necessary may be transferred from the appropriation "Miscellaneous items". For "Government contributions" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $2,000,000, and in addition, such amounts as may be necessary may be transferred from the appropriation "Miscellaneous items". For purchase, exchange, hire, driving, maintenance, repair, and operation of automobiles for the leadership of the House of Representatives, including one each for the Speaker, the Majority Leader, and the Minority Leader, $68,460. For "Leadership automobiles" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $17,115, for purchase, exchange, hire, driving, maintenance, repair, and operation of automobiles for the leadership of the House of Representatives, including one each for the Speaker, the Majority Leader, and the Minority Leader.
