(c) Sections 100 and 130 of the Act and title IV of the Mental Repeal. Ketardation Facilities and Community Mental Health Centers Con- 42 USC 2661 struction Act of 1963 are repealed. "'Tr^JS'Jr.. ^ 42 USC 2691, 2693-2697b. EFFECTIVE DATE SEC. 303. The amendments made by this Act shall take effect with 42 USC 6001 respect to appropriations under the Act for fiscal years beginning after H^te. June 30, 1975. Approved October 4, 1975.
