Compensation and other emoluments attached to the Office of the Attorney General.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the first section of the Act entitled "An Act to insure that the compensation and other emoluments attached to the Office of the Attorney General are those which were in effect on January 1, 1969" (Public Law 93-178; 87 Stat. 697), is repealed effective as of February 4, 1975, and the compensation and other emoluments attached to the Office of the Attorney General shall, on and after that date, be those that now or hereafter attach to offices and positions at level I of the Executive Schedule (5 U.S.C. 5312). Approved February 18, 1975.
