For an additional amount for "Operation and maintenance. Navy", $3,800,000. For an additional amount for "Operation and maintenance. Navy" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $1,900,000: Provided, That appropriations available to the Navy for Operations and Maintenance during the period July 1, 1975, through September 30, 1976, for the alteration, overhaul and repair of naval vessels shall be available in an amount not to exceed $1,872,438,000 for the performance of such work in Navy shipyards.
