PUBLIC LAW 94-330—JUNE 30, 1976 For "Technical assistance, energy, research, reconstruction, and selected development problems, Development Assistance" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $11,100,000. Loan allocation. Development Assistance: Of the new obligational authority appropriated under this Act to carry out the provisions of sections 103-106, not less than $300,000,000 shall be available for loans for fiscal year 1976 and not less than $75,000,000 shall be available for loans for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976. International organizations and program s: For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of section 301, $175,250,000: Provided, That not more than $20,000,000 shall be available for the United Nations Children's F u n d: Provided further, That not less than $1,000,000 shall be available until expended only for the International Atomic Energy Agency to be used for the purpose of strengthening safeguards and inspections relating to nuclear fissile facilities and materials: Provided further, That none of the funds appropriated or made available pursuant to this Act shall be used to supplement the funds provided to the United Nations Development Program in fiscal year 1975. For "International organizations and program s " for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $16,300,000. United Nations Environment F u n d: For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of section 2 of the United Nations Environment Program Participation Act of 1973, $7,500,000. American schools and hospitals a b r o a d: For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of section 214, $19,800,000. For "American schools and hospitals abroad" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $2,400,000. American schools and hospitals abroad (special foreign currency program): For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of section 214, $7,000,000 in foreign currencies which the Treasury Department determines to be excess to the normal requirements of the United States, to remain available until expended. For "American schools and hospitals abroad (special foreign currency program) " for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $1,750,000, in foreign currencies which the Treasury Department determines to be excess to the normal requirements of the United States, to remain available until expended. J o h n McCormack Center, St. J o h n ' s Medical College (special foreign currency program): For neceesary expenses to carry out the purposes of Part I, as authorized by section 612(a), $13,650,000 in foreign currencies which the Treasury Department determines to be excess to the normal requirements of the United States: Provided, That such amount shall be available solely for the J o h n W. McCormack Center, the Hospital of St. J o h n ' s Medical College, Bangalore, I n d i a, and that of such amount not more than $9,000,000 shall be available for an endowment to assist needy patients at the Center. I n d u s Basin Development F u n d, g r a n t s: For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of section 302(b)(2) with respect to I n d u s Basin Development F u n d, grants, $9,000,000: Provided, That no other funds appropriated or made available under this Act shall be used for the purposes of such section during the current fiscal year. For " I n d u s Basin Development F u n d, g r a n t s " for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $2,250,000. I n d u s Basin Development F u n d, loans: For expenses authorized by section 3 0 2 (b)(1) $10,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That no other funds appropriated or made available under this Act shall be used for the purposes of such section during the current fiscal year.
