SEC. 501. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall remain available for obligation beyond the current fiscal year unless expressly so provided herein. This Act may be cited as the "Public Works for "Water and Power Development and Energy Research Appropriation Act, 1977". Approved July 12, 1976.
