PUBLIC LAW 95-122—OCT. 6, 1977 District for sanitary sewer services furnished prior to October 1, 1977: Provided further, That, notwithstanding any other provisions of law, outstanding payments for sanitary sewer services furnished by the District prior to October 1, 1977, shall be advanced and paid, subject to subsequent adjustment within two fiscal years, to the District by the United States on October 1, 1977.". Approved October 6, 1977.
