Resolved by the Semite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 14(b) of the Federal Reserve Act is amended by striking out "October 1, 1977"' and inserting in lieu thereof May 1, 1978," and by striking out "September 30, 1977" and inserting in lieu thereof " April 30, 1978". Approved November 7, 1977.
