SEC. 305. Section 204 of the Water Resources Development Act of 90 Stat. 2948. 1976 is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 204. Appropriations for any project which is authorized for initial construction by this Act are authorized for those fiscal years which begin on or after October 1, 1977.". SEC. 306. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available in this Act shall be obligated or expended for salaries or expenses in connection with the dismissal of any pending indictments 50 USC app. 451. for violations of the Military Selective Service Act alleged to have occurred between August 4, 1964 and March 28, 1973, or the termination of any investigation now pending alleging violations of the Military Selective Service Act between August 4, 1964 and March 28, 1973, or permitting any person to enter the United States who is or may be precluded from entering the United States under 8 U.S.C. 1182(a) (22) or under any other law, by reason of having committed or apparently committed any violation of the Military Selective Service Act. SEC. 307. None of the funds contained in this Act shall be used for any adjustments or increases in the rates of pay for legislative offices and positions within the purview of subparagraphs (A) and (B) of 2 USC 356. subsection (f) of section 225 of Public Law 90-206 made effective pursuant to section 225 of the Postal Revenue and Federal Salary Act 2 USC 351 et seq. of 1967 (Public Law 90-206).
