Making economic stimulus appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for economic stimulus appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, and for other purposes, namely: TITLE I CHAPTER I

DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY PAYMENTS TO STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT FISCAL ASSISTANCE TRUST FUND
For payments to the State and Local Government Fiscal Assistance Trust Fund, as authorized by the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972, as amended (31 U.S.C. 1221-1263), $4,991,085,000. ANTIRECESSION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FUND
For an additional amount for the "Antirecession Financial Assistance Fund", $632,500,000, to remain available until September 30, 1978. NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
For an additional amount for "Research and development", $95,000,000, to remain available until expended. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY CONSTRUCTION GRANTS
33 USC 1286.
For payment of reimbursement claims pursuant to section 206(a) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, $300,000,000, to remain available until expended.
