Public Law 95-41 95th Congress An Act To amend the Water Resources Planning Act (79 Stat. 244) as amended.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) the Water Resources Planning Act of 1965 (79 Stat. 244 as amended) is hereby further amended by deleting in section 401(c) the words: "not to exceed a total of $10,000,000 for fiscal years 1976 and 1977" and inserting in lieu thereof "not to exceed the sum of $3,905,000 for fiscal year 1978". (b) Section 401(a) of the Water Resources Planning Act (75 Stat. 244) is amended by deleting from the first sentence the word "annually" and inserting in lieu thereof the following "for fiscal year 1978". (c) Section 401(b) of the Water Resources Planning Act (75 Stat. 244) as amended, is further amended by deleting the word "annually" and inserting in lieu thereof the following "for fiscal year 1978".
