Appropriations and authorizations made in this title for salaries and expenses shall be available for services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109. SEC. 205. Appropriations for "Salaries and expenses, general administration", "Salaries and expenses. United States attorneys and marshals", "Salaries and expenses, Federal Bureau of Investigation", "Salaries and expenses, Immigration and Naturalization Service", and "Salaries and expenses, Bureau of Prisons", shall be available for uniforms and allowances therefor as authorized by law (5 U.S.C. 5901-5902). SEC. 206. Appropriations made in this title shall be available for the purchase of insurance for motor vehicles operated on official Government business in foreign countries. SEC. 207. Funds appropriated under this title shall be available for (1) expenses of primary and secondary schooling for dependents of personnel stationed outside the continental United States at costs not in excess of those authorized by the Department of Defense for the same area, when it is determined by the Attorney General that schools available in the locality are unable to provide adequately for the education of such dependents, and (2) transportation of said dependents between their places of residence and schools serving the area which they would normally attend when the Attorney General, under such regulations as he may prescribe, determines that such schools are not accessible by public means of transportation. SEC. 208. A total of not to exceed $17,500 from funds appropriated to the Department of Justice shall be available for official reception and representation expenses in accordance with distributions, procedures, and regulations established by the Attorney General.
