Public Law 95-91 95th Congress An Act To establish a Department of Energy in the executive branch by the reorganization of energy functions within the Federal Government in order to secure effective management to assure a coordinated national energy policy, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act may b e c i t e d a s the " Department of Energy Organization Act ".
