Public Law 95-303 95th Congress An Act June 29, 1978 [H.R. 5176] Levulose, lower duty.
To lower the duty on levulose until the close of.Tune 30, 1980.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That subpart B of part 1 of the Appendix to the Tariff Schedules of the United States (19 U.S.C. 1202) is amended by inserting after item 907.80 the following new item: 907.90

SEC. 2. The amendment made by the first section of this Act shall apply with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after the date of the enactment of this Act. Approved June 29, 1978.
