PUBLIC LAW 95-337—AUG. 4, 1978 SEC. 7. The Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to make as his first priority: (a) the improvement and extension of the existing system for the delivery and distribution of irrigation water within the Fallon Indian Reservation; (b) the construction of such additional canals, laterals, and irrigation works as are necessary to deliver sufficient water to irrigate the practicably irrigable acres included in the Fallon Indian Reservation pursuant to this Act; and, (c) the subjugation of up to one thousand eight hundred acres for agricultural purposes. Approved August 4, 1978.
