INTERAGENCY TASK FORCE ON EXPORT SAUES REPORTINO

SEC. 603. The Secretary of Agriculture shall appoint an interagency task force within the Department of Agriculture for the purpose of analyzing the effectiveness of the export sales reporting provisions of section 812 of the Agricultural Act of 1970. The Secretary shall submit, not later than January 3, 1979, a report of the finding of the task force, including legislative recommendations for improving such reporting provisions, to the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry oi the Senate and the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives. SEC. 604. Within six months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall submit to Congress a report detailing the effect on United States agriculture of title IV of the Trade Act of 1974, including a recommendation as to whether the provisions of such title should be repealed or amended.
