PUBLIC LAW 95-600—NOV. 6, 1978 "(F) $2,400,000 with respect to the fiscal year 1979;", and (3) in paragraph (3)— (A) by striking out "or" at the end of clause (D), (B) by striking out the period at the end of clause (E) and inserting in lieu thereof "other than the fiscal year 1979, or", and (C) by adding at the end thereof the following new subparagraph: "(F) $3,300,000 with respect to the fiscal year 1979.". Approved November 6, 1978.
