Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Extra long staple United States of America in Congress assembled, That, effective with DroCTam"^^° respect to the 1980 and subsequent crops of extra long staple cotton, 7 USC 1441 section 101(f) of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, is amended by— (1) striking out "1968" and inserting in lieu thereof "1980"; (2) striking out "50" and inserting in lieu thereof "85"; (3) striking out "100" and inserting in lieu thereof "135"; and (4) striking out "65" and inserting in lieu thereof "55". Approved December, 31, 1979.
