Extending the dates for submission of the President's Budget and Economic Report.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) notwithstanding the provisions of section 201 of the Act of June 10, 1922, as amended (81 U.S.C. section 11), the President shall transmit to Congress not later than January 28, 1980, the budget for the fiscal year 1981, and 0)) notwithstanding the provisions of section 3 of the Act of February 20, 1946, as amended (15 U.S.C. section 1022), the President shall transmit to the Congress not later than January 30, 1980, the Economic Report. Approved January 8, 1980.
