Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Gina Marie S. Hernandez may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 10103)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Baltazar P. Hernandez, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Grace Maria Salazar Santos may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 1010))(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Dora Salazar, a citizen of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act: Provided further, That any fee received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered relating to the introduction of this bill shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved December 28, 1979.
