Public Law 96-351 96th Congress An Act To authorize the enlistment of citizens of the Northern Mariana Islands in the Armed Forces of the United States of America.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Northern United States of America in Congress assembled, That notwithstand-Mariana ing the provisions of sections 8253 and 8253 of title 10, United States Islands.
