For an additional amount for "Child Nutrition Programs", $312,400,000, of which up to $243,000,000 may be transferred to and merged with the Food Stamp Program Appropriation. SPECIAL MILK PROGRAM

Of the funds appropriated under this head in Public Law 96-108, 93 Stat. 839. making appropriations available for fiscal year 1980, $500,000 are rescinded. PUBLIC LAW 4 8 0

For an additional amount for "Public Law 480", $142,860,000. The authorized program level and the amount appropriated for titles I and III shall be increased by $20,000,000, and the authorized program level and the amount appropriated for title II shall be increased by $122,860,000.
