TITLE VI—AIRPORT AND AIRWAY IMPROVEMENT ACT SEC. 601. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the total amount of grants which the Secretary is authorized to make from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund for airport development and airport planning and for grants under section 104(e) of the Airport Safety and Noise Abatement Act of 1979, as amended, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1981, shall not exceed $725,000,000.
