Public Law 96-398 96th Congress An Act To name a certain Federal building in Indianapolis, Indiana, the Minton-Capehart Federal Building.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Federal Mintonbuilding located at 575 North Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, p^J?^'^ Indiana, shall hereinafter be known as, and is hereby designated as, Building. the "Minton-Capehart Federal Building". Any reference in any law, Designation. regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to such a building shall be considered to be a reference to the Minton-Capehart Federal Building.
