Public Law 96-395 96th Congress An Act To designate the United States Court House and the United States Post Office Federal Building in Waterbury, Connecticut, as the "John S. Monagan Federal Building".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the building at John S. 135 Grand Street, Waterbury, Connecticut (commonly known as the p^"^f" Federal Building), shall hereafter be known, called, and designated as Buiwi^g. the "John S. Monagan Federal Building". Any reference in any law, Designation. map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "John S. Monagan Federal Building". Approved October 7, 1980.
