- \0 For purposes of determining all time limitations and deadlines Time limitations
imposed under this subsection, any time period during which a State ^odificatiSf ^' was found under subparagraph (A)(ii) to be unable to comply with reqtiirements of this subsection due to circumstances beyond its control shall not be taken into account, and the Secret£ury shall modify all such time limitations and deadlines with respect to such State accordingly.".
