An Act Oct. 9, 1980 [H.R. 7130] James M. Hanley Federal Building. Designation.
Effective date.
TQ designate the building known as United States Court House and Federal Building in Syracuse, New York, as the "James M. Hanley Federal Building".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the building at 100 Clinton Street, S3rracuse, New York (commonly known as the United States Court House and Federal Building), shall hereafter be known, called, and designated as the "James M. Hanley Federal Building". Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the "James M. Hanley Federal Building". SEC. 2. This Act shall be effective on January 4, 1981. Approved October 9, 1980.
